Refund policy

All our products are made in small batches and we only stock limited amounts - usually only 1 or 2 pieces per size. We use fabrics that are often hand-printed, so there are idiosyncracies that add to the charm of the piece.

Shopping online should be as easy as shopping in-store. We know that sometimes what looks great in a picture just doesn't work when you put it on.

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered (love you Australia Post tracking) to decide if it's right for you. Try it on with your favourite shoes- bend and stretch to ensure it's comfortable.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition. This means unworn and unwashed.

We are not able to accept returns for earrings. If there is a fault with the earring please contact us and we will attempt to rectify.

 We will not accept returns for items that are on FINAL SALE

 We reserve the right to adjust your return method if your return arrives in a condition that does not meet our returns policy.
